→ Stir-Fry

16 - 1 pound broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
17 - 5 garlic cloves, minced
18 - 1/2 tablespoon ginger, minced
19 - 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
20 - 2 tablespoons neutral cooking oil

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine sliced flank steak with baking soda, Shaoxing wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, ground white pepper, water, and cornstarch in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly to coat the beef. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, granulated sugar, low sodium chicken broth, and cornstarch until smooth. Set aside.
03 - Bring a medium pot of water to a boil with a generous pinch of salt. Add broccoli florets and boil for 1 to 2 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain immediately and set aside.
04 - Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Spread the marinated beef in a single layer and sear for 30 seconds per side until browned. Remove cooked beef and set aside.
05 - Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the blanched broccoli and cook for an additional 1 minute.
06 - Return the seared beef to the skillet and pour in the prepared stir-fry sauce. Stir and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients evenly. Remove from heat, drizzle with toasted sesame oil, and toss to combine.
07 - Serve immediately with steamed rice and garnish with freshly diced green onions if desired.
