# How to Make It:

01 - Season steak tips evenly with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak tips until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
02 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rigatoni until al dente according to package instructions. Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
03 - In the same skillet, melt remaining butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
04 - Stir in Parmesan cheese until fully melted. Add mozzarella or Fontina cheese if using. Season sauce with salt, black pepper, and additional Cajun seasoning to taste.
05 - Add cooked rigatoni to the sauce, stirring gently. Incorporate reserved pasta water gradually to adjust sauce consistency. Fold steak tips into the mixture carefully to preserve texture.
