Cottage Cheese Flatbread (Printable Version)

A simple two-ingredient flatbread made with cottage cheese and eggs - high in protein, low in carbs, and incredibly versatile.

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 2 large eggs
02 - 1 cup cottage cheese (full, reduced, or fat-free)

→ Seasonings

03 - ¾ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
05 - Oregano for topping (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Add eggs, cottage cheese, and optional seasonings into a food processor or blender. Process until completely smooth.
02 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray.
03 - Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread evenly and shape as desired.
04 - Sprinkle with oregano or other desired toppings.
05 - Bake at 176°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes, adjusting time based on thickness. Thinner flatbreads require less time, while thicker ones may take up to 50 minutes.
06 - Remove from oven once edges begin to brown. Allow to cool completely before serving.

01 - For pizza or sandwich applications, add toppings separately after baking.
02 - Look for low-sodium cottage cheese to reduce overall sodium content.
