01 - 1 cup whole milk
02 - 2 tablespoons loose-leaf Earl Grey tea or 2 Earl Grey tea bags
03 - 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender
04 - 2 cups vanilla ice cream
05 - 2 tablespoons honey
06 - Juice of 1/2 fresh orange

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until steaming, without allowing it to boil. Add Earl Grey tea and dried lavender. Remove from heat, cover, and let steep for 5 minutes.
02 - Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the tea leaves and lavender. Allow the milk to cool completely before proceeding.
03 - Combine the cooled infused milk, vanilla ice cream, honey, and freshly-squeezed orange juice in a blender jar. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
