# How to Make It:

01 - Rinse rice under cold water until water runs clear. Combine with 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer on low until rice is tender. Fluff with a fork.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned throughout.
03 - Stir diced onion and minced garlic into beef. Cook until onion softens and becomes translucent. Drain excess fat if necessary.
04 - Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef mixture. Add 1/4 cup water, stir to combine, and simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.

06 - While other components cook, chop lettuce, dice tomatoes, slice avocado, shred cheese, and cut lime into wedges.
