# Ingredients List:

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - ½ cup whole milk

05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

07 - 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
08 - 1 cup Nutella
09 - ½ tablespoon confectioners' sugar

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. Incorporate milk, water, melted butter, and salt, stirring until homogeneous.
02 - Transfer the mixture into a blender and blend on high for one minute until smooth.
03 - Lightly grease a non-stick skillet and preheat over medium heat.
04 - Pour ¼ cup of batter into the skillet and swiftly tilt the pan to evenly distribute the batter.
05 - Cook for approximately 2 minutes until the edges begin to lift and the underside is light golden brown.
06 - Carefully loosen the crepe with a spatula and flip it. Cook the second side for 1–2 minutes until golden.
07 - Remove the crepe and place on a plate. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
08 - Spread berries over half of each crepe, drizzle with Nutella, fold into quarters, add extra Nutella on top, and lightly dust with confectioners’ sugar.
09 - Serve immediately to enjoy at peak freshness.
