01 -
Sprinkle both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
02 -
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for approximately 5 to 6 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
03 -
In the same skillet, pour in chicken broth and bring to a low simmer. Stir in egg noodles, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, or until noodles are al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
04 -
While noodles are cooking, melt unsalted butter in a separate pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
05 -
Once noodles are cooked, pour the butter and garlic mixture into the skillet with noodles. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese if using, and toss gently to combine.
06 -
Slice cooked chicken breasts and arrange on top of buttered noodles. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
