Whip up a speedy pasta meal with fresh veggies and simple ingredients using just one pan.

# Ingredients List:

→ Pasta

01 - 8 ounces linguine

→ Vegetables and Herbs

02 - 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
03 - 2 ounces baby spinach
04 - 1 small onion, finely sliced
05 - 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
06 - 1 handful fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped

→ Seasonings and Oils

07 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
08 - ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
09 - ½ teaspoon salt

→ Dairy (Optional)

10 - 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese

→ Liquids

11 - 4 cups boiling water

# How to Make It:

01 - Place linguine, cherry tomatoes, spinach, onions, garlic, and basil in a large deep pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with crushed red pepper flakes and salt.
02 - Pour boiling water into the pan and bring to a boil. Simmer on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally with tongs, until most of the water has evaporated and a sauce forms.
03 - Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese and additional fresh basil if desired. Serve immediately while warm.

# Extra Information:

01 - For a dairy-free version, omit Parmesan or use a vegan substitute such as nutritional yeast. Use gluten-free pasta for gluten-free preparation. Adding milk instead of some water will yield a creamier sauce.
02 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days.
