01 - 2 chicken breasts (8 ounces each)
02 - 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
03 - 1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
04 - 2 eggs, whisked
05 - 1/2 cup marinara sauce
06 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

# Steps:

01 - Set temperature on Air Fryer to 180°C (360°F). Preheat for 3 minutes.
02 - Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise and trim. Pound the pieces into thinner cutlets of even thickness.
03 - In a medium bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. In another bowl, whisk the eggs together.
04 - Dip each piece of chicken in egg and then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring even coating.
05 - Place chicken breasts in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. If using a smaller air fryer, cook in batches. Air fry for 6 minutes.
06 - Flip the chicken breasts over and top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
07 - Continue air frying for an additional 3-4 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
08 - Set cooked pieces aside and keep warm. Repeat process with remaining chicken pieces if cooking in batches.
