Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise and trim. Pound the pieces into thinner cutlets of even thickness.

In a medium bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. In another bowl, whisk the eggs together.

Dip each piece of chicken in egg and then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring even coating.

Place chicken breasts in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. If using a smaller air fryer, cook in batches. Air fry for 6 minutes.

Flip the chicken breasts over and top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Continue air frying for an additional 3-4 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).

Set cooked pieces aside and keep warm. Repeat process with remaining chicken pieces if cooking in batches.
