Press approximately 2 ounces of ground beef onto one half of each tortilla, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Place each tortilla beef-side down on the skillet, cooking for 2 to 3 minutes until the beef browns and begins to firm.

Flip the tortillas, evenly sprinkle cheese over the cooked beef, fold tortillas in half, then grill both sides until the tortillas are golden brown and cheese is melted.
