11 - 1 tsp soy sauce
12 - 1 tsp rice vinegar
13 - 1 tsp sesame oil

15 - 3 tbsp mayonnaise (preferably Kewpie)
16 - 1 tbsp sriracha or Korean chili sauce
17 - 1 tsp sesame oil
18 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
19 - Pinch of sugar (optional)

→ Garnish

20 - 2 tbsp chopped green onions
21 - 1 tsp toasted black sesame seeds
22 - Optional: extra chili oil or gochugaru for added spice

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper in a bowl. Add the beef and marinate for 30 minutes or up to overnight for enhanced flavor.
02 - Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and sugar until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
03 - Bring broth to a simmer and stir in gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt. Add noodles and cook until al dente, approximately 3 minutes, then remove from heat.
04 - Heat a grill pan or skillet over high heat. Sear the marinated beef for 2 to 3 minutes per side until nicely caramelized. Allow to rest briefly, then slice thinly against the grain.
05 - Divide noodles and broth between bowls. Top with the creamy sauce, sliced grilled beef, chopped green onions, toasted black sesame seeds, and optional chili oil or gochugaru for additional heat.

# Extra Information:

01 - Marinate beef overnight for deeper flavor complexity. Adjust spice levels by modifying gochugaru or sriracha quantities. Choose broth type based on preference.
