# How to Make It:

01 - Rinse sushi rice thoroughly under cold running water until the water runs clear.
02 - Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. While still warm, transfer to a bowl and gently mix with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Allow to cool to room temperature.
03 - In a mixing bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with sriracha sauce and mayonnaise until evenly coated.
04 - Place a food ring mold or stacking mold on a flat serving plate.
05 - Spoon a layer of seasoned sushi rice into the mold and press gently. Add a layer of spicy shrimp mixture, followed by sliced avocado and cucumber.
