Melt white candy melts in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and fully liquefied.

Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted white coating. Drag along the parchment paper when placing to create a ghost tail effect.

Let dipped strawberries rest at room temperature until set, or refrigerate briefly to speed up hardening.

Melt milk or dark chocolate melts. Transfer melted chocolate into a small Ziploc bag and snip off a tiny corner.

Pipe chocolate onto the white-coated strawberries to form ghost faces, including eyes and mouth.

Allow chocolate faces to set completely before serving. Refrigerate if necessary.
