Baked Ham Cheese Mozzarella (Print-Friendly Recipe)

Crispy baked sticks filled with ham and melted mozzarella, seasoned lightly with garlic salt.

01 - 12 egg roll wrappers (7 inches)

→ Meat

02 - 12 slices thinly sliced honey ham

→ Cheese

03 - 12 mozzarella sticks (string cheese)

→ Seasoning

04 - Olive oil, as needed for brushing
05 - Garlic salt, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place one egg roll wrapper in a diamond position. Center a slice of honey ham, then place a mozzarella stick on top. Fold the wrapper edges over the cheese and roll tightly to form an egg roll shape. Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
03 - Lightly brush each roll with olive oil and sprinkle garlic salt evenly over the surface.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until the sticks begin to brown. Check closely near the end to avoid over-browning.
05 - Remove from oven, carefully turn each stick, and return to bake for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until evenly browned.
06 - Allow to cool slightly and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
