# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).

04 - Sprinkle cinnamon, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, red pepper flakes, kosher salt, and black pepper evenly over the potatoes. Drizzle honey on top and toss again to distribute seasonings thoroughly.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until edges begin to crisp.
