# Ingredients List:

→ Bagel Dough

01 - 1 cup plain unsweetened regular or non-dairy yogurt
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour or gluten free all-purpose flour (such as King Arthur Measure for Measure gluten-free flour)

→ Everything Bagel Topping

03 - 2 tablespoons melted vegan butter
04 - 1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
05 - 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
06 - 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
07 - 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
08 - 1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
09 - 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes

→ Cinnamon Sugar Topping

10 - 2 tablespoons melted vegan butter
11 - 1/2 cup organic cane sugar
12 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt vegan butter and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients for everything bagel seasoning or use store-bought seasoning as desired.
02 - In a mixing bowl, mix the yogurt and flour together with a fork until a thick dough forms. If the mixture remains sticky, add 2 to 4 additional tablespoons of flour as needed. Use hands to shape about 1/4 cup portions of dough into balls. With your thumb, press a 1-inch hole into the center of each ball to form a classic bagel shape.
03 - Place each shaped dough ring onto the prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring space between each for even baking.
04 - To prepare everything bagels, brush the tops of each bagel with melted vegan butter. Sprinkle approximately 1/2 tablespoon of everything bagel seasoning mixture over each bagel, adding more to taste if desired.
05 - Bake bagels in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until bottoms are lightly golden and firm to the touch. Optionally, broil bagels for 1 to 2 minutes at the end of baking for enhanced color.
06 - For cinnamon sugar bagels, bake the unadorned shaped bagels for 15 minutes, or until bottoms are lightly golden. While baking, melt 2 tablespoons of vegan butter and in a bowl, combine cane sugar and cinnamon.
07 - Once baked, allow bagels to cool before brushing the tops with melted vegan butter. Roll the tops of the bagels in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat evenly.
08 - Slice bagels in half and serve with vegan butter or vegan cream cheese as preferred.

# Extra Information:

01 - Store cooled bagels in an airtight container or zip bag for up to one day at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 3 days. For freezing, wrap bagels individually in plastic wrap and place in a freezer bag.
